May 05, 2025On my opinion I don't think so because they have no way of knowing your previous cases since we Ethiopians don't have social security numbers(the only way to check your previous records)..we have digital ID but it's not yet in the system yet and I bet the conviction you faced won't be registered in your digital ID at the moment..
