Does anyone else feel weirdly OLD at 22? šI KNOW 22 isnāt actually old, but sometimes my brain does not agree. Iāll want to dress up, start working out, pick up a new hobby, go out and have fun, literally ANYTHINGā¦ and somehow I end up thinking, āAm I too old for this?ā and being Muslim makes it harder sometimes because in my culture, a lot of girls get married pretty young. So when Iām 22 and still single, I canāt help but feel like Iām falling behind everyone else. Then comes the classic āwhat if I end up alone?ā spiral š For anyone who felt like this in their early 20s, did it eventually go away? And if you got married young, do you ever wish you had waited, or are you genuinely happy with when you got married? Iād actually love to hear both sides.
Sep 17, 2026Lemme share sth about feelings of mine, too I am an unemployed fresh graduate who receives money for my expenses and feel lost in the forest when I have no projects to work on, sometime. almost many of my friends and relatives are married and some of them are millionaires, if they got me somewhere they will cover my fees like in taxes or somewhere else. here is me ... jobless after two decades of studies ... had no partner in life time or so called chronically single ... trying to figure out
