Yep. If you're talking about the intentional killing of a human being in the womb, yes it is murder. Most people talks about the rare situations like rape or if the mothers health is at risk. If we're talking about rape kill the rapist not the baby. And give the mother all the care she need to deliver the baby and after that if she doesn't want to raise the baby give for adoption. If her health is at risk we should do what ever we can to save both the mother and the child. I'm abolitionist btw.
