Apr 28, 2025Well , the bite block is normally done on both sides, I do recommend that way for a couple of reasons, first it will somehow keep and maintain the occlusal contact at the same level on both which in turn minimizes the jaw or condylar physiology compared to when we put the block on one side, And minimizes the frequent detachment of the block , In short 😄, in my opinion better to put the bite block on both sides!!
