Hey guys, I ordered my national id reprint after an update, I successfully paid and got a message with the delivery date, but the order in telebirr still says proceed to payment, it's been a month with no message about it's arrival, when I went to tele they said that I didn't pay, but I did, what's this problem, I have tried emailing fayda support but no useful response
