Hi everyone I have a question for guys... Why can't most guys can't continue a relationship without having a physical intimacy? Can't kissing and sleeping with someone be after marriage? I am genuinely tired of dealing with this kind of people. What is the problem of not wanting those things? Is this really a high standard?
Aug 30, 2026I think it’s the fact that if we apply this, the whole idea of dating falls apart ma, for example if the guy is taking you out on dates everytime and buying you gifts or whatever, he’s doing something a husband does for his wife, this thing is normalized now and that’s why it doesn’t sound weird, but that’s the truth, so one of the girl’s wish is being fulfilled. What about him? What does he get out of this? All relationships require some kind of transaction, if he stops taking you out on dates
Aug 30, 2026its a high standard. i mean at the end of the day you should only do what you are comfortable with, but you have to see it from the guys position. with out some kind of intimacy...am basically your best friend who takes you on a date, and lets say am 22.. i have no intention of Marriage before 35, you want me to stay 13 years with no intimacy? thats a deal breaker for me and for many guys. its just people preference. try to find somebody who dont mind it

Aug 31, 2026It's not a high standard......but you have to mention this at the beginning of the relationship maybe on the first date.....and if the guy don't want to keep up it means your boundaries doesn't match with his expectations so keep looking for the one who can keep up with your boundaries
Aug 30, 2026No it is not a high standard. In a perfect world, that's how it should have been but alas these days men tend to prioritize physical compatibility as a base for a long term relationship. (it is factually quite important component) but mainly should be based on the behavioural and soul compatibility.
