And intelligence is not just a degree and doing good in school even tho that's also a very good sign. I like someone who is rich in perspective, opinionated, have their own rationally justified sense of rigjt and wrong and people who can separate between ideas and people when they communicate, good at connecting ideas and synthesizing big pictures and whatnot.
