Question to vets and cat owners A kitten I've recently been feeding, which is between 3-4 months, has been refusing food for two days now... last thing he properly ate was milk with bread. I didn't know how harmful it was to give cow milk to cats. One of them, who also drank from the milk is eating and functioning just fine. But the other is refusing food or water. What should I do?
Aug 20, 2026Yeah as u said cow milk is harmful to cats and kittens but not to the extent they will refuse food for 2 days. Best thing to do is take him to a vet, meanwhile make sure fresh water and meat ነኪ food is always near him.
Aug 20, 2026I can't take him to a vet. I'm a student and my family don't even acknowledge me feeding them. I saw on YouTube honey with water and a pinch of salt helps so I force fed him.. is there anything else I can try at home?
