I and some other 20 (we’re all students) did a project for a company. Our contract stated our payment will be on month 5. Now it’s month 8 and we heard nothing from them. I asked some of the others if maybe they got paid but no. What can I do now other than talk to the company? Like can I sue them or send some law-letter anonymously so they’ll fear and pay us? I talked to some of the 20 but they all seemed nonchalant. This one even told me “if the company doesn’t have money, how will they pay you? Just wait” I’m speechless, mn marg echlalw?
