So I was going to leave my current job cause I have some problems with the boss ways of handling things. when I got hired there was no papper work mnamn. And now I just wanna leave with out notifying anyone. will there be any problem? I do not really wanna talk to him again.

Just give him a one month notice letter and then quit after the month is over. u don’t know when you guys might cross paths again, so don’t create unnecessary bad blood. It’s not professional either. he might try to make things difficult for you or affect your work experience or resignation letter. Just notify him properly first, finish your notice period, and leave on good terms.
