Yes go to your Woreda and ask them at which branch of CRRSA you'd need to go to for your renewed birth certificate. I was sent to the one at Addisu Gebeya but yours could be different so check first at your Woreda. Also ask the people at the Woreda what documents you'd need to take when you go.
