Does shaving your hair make your hair grow again better? I'm a girl and my hair is ruined, especially the front part near my forehead. even when i use a curling cream the hair at the back forms proper curls but the front one stays stiff. anyways its beyond saving at this point and i was wondering if I should shave it.
