I think I'm starting to go bald at the ripe old age of 23 😭. I think it's still pretty early, so I'm hoping I can save my hair if I get treatment ASAP. From what I've read, finasteride and minoxidil seem to be the standard treatments for male pattern baldness. Before I jump into those, though, I want to make sure it's actually male pattern baldness and not something else (like a vitamin deficiency, thyroid issue, or scalp condition). Can anyone recommend a good dermatologist or dermatology clinic/hospital in Addis Ababa that's experienced with hair loss? I'd really appreciate any recommendations or experiences. Thanks!
