Jul 25, 2026I had really bad appetite & as a result i became so thin but i refused to take any pills... Instead i did my research & applied it in my daily life as a result i gained 10 kg. First thing, sleep early & wake up early. Secondly reduce ur screen time. Then have a very social life, like spend enough time with family, friends etc. Make sure to get enough sunlight, especially morning sunlights... Another very important tip is exercise daily. Like simple exercises at home, push up & sit up.
