You should educate yourself before speaking. I chose physiological just to comment. I think your question doesn't make sense. Both are incomparable and choice depends on the intensity of the illness. If you think that mental illness is much easier than physiological illness, I recommend you to visit to a mental hospital bcuz it's awful. And remember mental health ruins both physical and mental health.
