To all Computer Science and other computing graduates, especially CS graduates... How's life treating you? When I chose this department, my reasons were simple: it was only 4 years, and I dreamed of working from home and making good money. Now I'm in my 3rd year. I know how coding works, but I still don't know how that turns into making money. People always say, "You'll work for a company." But doing what exactly? People joke about ending up in a bank. I don't think that's a bad thing, but what do CS graduates actually do there? And when people say you can work remotely, is it by building your own brand, freelancing or find companies and persuade them all they need is a website done by me? So here's my question to those already making money with a CS degree: **What do you actually do?** What was your first job? How did you get it? Any advice for those of us still trying to figure it out? #HelpTheYoungerOnes #Advice #ComputerScience #CSStudents
Jul 20, 2026You can do freelancing if you have the skill, so start seriously developing your skill on coding rather than focusing on class, starting now.
