Hey guys, I wanted to ask if some one has taken propranolol before, I have an important presentation coming up amd I want to do well, I don't want to mess it up if I get nervous Has anyone here used it before for presentations, what do you recommend me, especially doctors would like to hear your opinions. It's not that bad I just wanted to do well and get my message across with out nervousness getting in the way.

If you have never used it ,start with a low dose like half of the pill and take it a day or two before if you can to see the effect (maybe rehearse with it). Take note of how long it takes for the effect and how long after it last.
