Hey guys selam nachu endet nachu I am a newly graduated doctor ena i was wondering if i can start my residency immediately I know in the past you had to work for 2 years first, but because of the recent shortage of new residents are hospitals taking in new doctors? Also what do i need if i am willing to self sponsor I am aware that i have to pass the GAT exam first
