Hi medical, has anyone in here gone through Lumbar stenosis, How are you giing through it, or if you have recovered from it or know someone please tell me you experience i am currently going though the pain i just in diagnosis phase and the pain is unbearable my lower body is becomeing numb, i am afraid of what is going to happen to me and i want to be prepared for what is about to happen to my life so pleae tell me your experience?

Jun 30, 2026They will definatly help you with an MRI it is for the public and the surgery in state owned hospitals is alnost free like in our hospital it is around 1500birr Idk about their pricing, the only issue is waiting list so they may give you an appointment for the surgery
Jul 01, 2026Stenosis is either age related or wear and tear, so if it's not age related, u probably need surgery since the narrowing of the spinal could compress ur spine nerves
