Hey y'all, I could really use some advice. I have a major personal problem: I lie constantly, and it's gotten to the point where I don't even know how to stop. I end up lying to almost everyone in my life, including my girlfriend, about so many things. I want to change, but I don't know where to start.
Jun 29, 2026Lying is an addiction, it's hard to stop, you get used to it slowly and it grows on you gradually, telling urself you'd stop at once is also a lie, try to cut it downs slowly, make concious efforts to slowly stop. Dont put yourself in a position where u have to lie and most importantly..... confess about your previous lies that are still relevant to the poeple you lied to. And thereof it wil be easier to stop.
