binance p2p still works, it just transformed into private market place first look into your past order to access that just go to your binance and go to p2p page and click on the chat icon on the bottom then look into the seller you deal with before then check if they are online befire that chek their p2p account see on the feedback tab if they hve negative feedback ignore them if their feedbacks are all positive then again check their volume or their total conpleted trade if they have over
