Ive tried everything u mentioned but the problem is i dont even have appetite

Bro i dont think it is healthy to take too much of it(plumpy nut) u better eat natural fat and proteins(avocado, banana,meat,egg,grains,peanut butter..etc) and weight gain is not all about nutrition u have to take enough sleep and try to avoid stress as much as possible.cut all bad habits which can make u lose weight...and if anything doesnt work out go ad visit a doctor
