I think it's because of the things we associate to going to therapy or seeing a psychiatrist. We assume when someone does that they are completely crazy and incompetent and then we start stigmatizing them

Ur right it needs to be treated and should be recognized by the community because our society culture is crazy

Most of us cant afford that but the main reason is our society if messed up if we go for the treatment they will see you like a crazy person even your family.....

Ong thank u, I've been wondering abt this for along time. They don't think mental illness is a thing until smn they know go crazy even if after that they rather went to church nd baptize the patient. It's fine they r religious but they don't even try other ways

We dont seek help bc our problems mostly r not purely mental uk there may be additional financial or family issues u just can't get rid off & u may get instant relief which doesn't last long
