It's religiously ( at least in the Abrahamic religions required), helps people have children in a stable, recognized institution which is marriage. Endorses the purity Idea And le and when their both Virgins and go to marriage. 2. Marriage is not a joke. Ofcourse you have to plan on who your partner for life will be. You'll be having raising childrens with this person. You'll have this person in bad and good days and be vulnerable in their presence. It's crazy not to ask the "who to marry" than to ask it. 3. You're partially right here. Love isn't something you plan on, at least at the first stages. But then, it's you who decides if it should get deeper and stronger. You decide to develop the crush to a Lover. You make conscious decisions to spend more time with them so that you're more likely to really love them. Mar 26, 2025I mean who prepares you for such things besides church preachings occasionally (there is no established solid foundation that takes care of the issues of youth relationships - usually left to chances and happenings aka reactive). I think in Protestant churches there is some norm which is modern /maybe westernized which strives to develop togetherness and peer interactions including programs to give gifts including postcards and lollipops; anyways people with more clues can add more explanations to this brief one.
