Mar 24, 2025No advice would work, especially the ones with “work on yourself” cliched bs, you can try everything but it will be almost impossible. The people advising you have never been through it. What you should do is acknowledge the feeling, it is not going anywhere. Practice being okay with the feeling, know that no matter what you do, you can’t control what others think. And no matter what they think it will not kill you. If you have people pleasing tendencies practice saying no even though it’s painful. Start small and start putting yourself first, don’t ever compromise to make others feel good. Try appreciating yourself. Anddd the confidence should come naturally. Don’t rush it, it’s a process.
