Is it brand new or did you buy a refurbished one? If so there might be two causes for that; 1- Thermal paste that they used is not conducting heat and that might be what is causing the laptop to overheat there for the fan works supper hard to try and cool it down. 2; your laptop might need a clean up service. The heat sink and also the fan might be cloged and dirty so it needs a clean up and a new thermal paste applied to the cpu. Hope you found it helpful🙏
