That is the Bios feature which on start up boot sequence checks the amp holding cappacity of the battrey and when it detects it to be below the threshold that error message lights up. Since that version if laptop is 2014 model and they usually gets here used if the shop that sold you has left the battrey inside when they stored it. The lithium will loose its chemical property and will start to degrade so either buy a replacement battrey or you can shut off that notification inside the bios setting and the laptop will start in a normal sequence by ignoring the battery low error.
