Am not gonna lie it will be hard,It took me 2 years and still I find it hard but what I did at this two years I started watching with the mindset I want to have I watched constantly all their videos at first I always asked myself why bother watching the videos if am not applying them,but it really helped me cuz It changed my mindset but whenever I knew I have to speak up and stand up for myself and didn't do that I would blame myself and be harsh on myself which is wrong but at least now my mindset shifted I just need to take action. Take baby steps don't be harsh on yourself,and watch the people YOU want to become like if anything or anyone is bothering you unfollow or or hide their stories. you only got You and life is short just think of how short life is I know its going to be hard but it's on you if u want to change yourself.
