Oct 10, 2020No it's not. It's less effective than condom or most other birth control methods and it should only be used in emergency situations nd not as a form of continuous contraception. Condom also protects you from STDs like HIV so I recommend you use it.
Oct 11, 2020No it is not perfect dear. It has it's own side effects and cant protect you from sexually transmitted disease. So personally i recommend u two things... 1. If you are gonna have sex with your husband use family planning methods provided at each health institutions. 2. If you are not married yet, u can use condoms.
