Nothing. Money is reward eko. We create or imagine another reward. We have religion because we want to join heaven. We learn - to get high GPA or to get a job or to help. We volunteer not because we wanted to help others but to get a reward from God. So, even if money is wiped out of the world system,we create, adapt or develop any other reward sytem to sustain a change. Who declines to work for Elon musk in achieving the transportation to mars when we don't have a salary? - everyone. Who wants to join Ethiopian army when there is no salary? (everyone). People created faith systems (religion, money, government, country...) for collaboration, peace.... For their own good probably too😏
