I am a daily weed smoker and i want to stop smoking. I think there are more people like me so what should we do to stop it. Should we have a rehab group???

I mean one day I'm ome of like for 🤔 almost 2 year every day in every Time i smoke lik wiz kahlifa 😅😂 i mean he make a big paper and for 1 day i smoke minimum 3 times max 5 times but when I'm realize that i loose to many of my friends and money i buy too much of weed every month by 350 birr 💵 sometimes 200 and only for me and i stop it immediate but in the first two week i feel like crazy, anxiety, depressed and too many feels and one of reply for u say u must have a reason and i have too and when i realize I'm student (G-12) and I'm not ready to doing that kinds of staff now or here and now I'm 8 months. And for u said that rehab group i appreciate bro that's good ✌️🏽

Oct 11, 2020Here is how i stopped, if you smoke with your firends daily try not contact them for a day,see how many days you can keep that up.just do it slowly you can't expect your self to quit just like that
