1. Abiy ( not only himself but also his supporters)is trying to change Ethiopia into totalitarian state. 2. Ethiopia was facing civil war when he came to power , the threat was lower between the first three months and year, but now it is higher than before he assumed office. 3.There is information and clues indicating there is state sanctioned terrorism going on all-over Ethiopia except Tigray. Which i am sure it got its blessing from the prime minister's office. 4.The core concept of Democracy is choosing your leaders by election, He postponed the election and arrested many major political figures ( which wouldn't have been a problem if it was after he won the election) Other than the change in political narrative , most things are the same if non worse than 2 years back.
