I am a freshman in Arbaminch University. And I have a Final exam after the next week. I need to study but can't focus and stay concentrated, also can't seat for a long period of time, feel sleepy. HELP. If you have any tricks or advice. And also my mid exam results weren't good.special English and logic.what should I do to change it in final exam tell me any tricks senior students please
