I was one of those who had this thought and wished to have that life with my current bf when we get married but now not anymore as the experiences i saw and heard from other people made me change mymind. I thought how he goes to work and provide I'll be at home cooking him 3 different type of food eachday, I'll learn different cuisines from cooking school, stay at home and take care of my kids, braid their hair, be a peace of mind for him. And devote myself to my family. I would've been fulfilled cause i always wanted something of my own a close knitted family, to be a loved wife, to have and be the strength to a hardworking man, and to have kids who are loving. My reasons to live this comes from my bf of almost 3 yrs telling me it won't do then the experiences where the man cheats but the women has no money to leave him, where thd husband lusts outside bc she's basically a maid to him, where the husband tells her, "ብሬ ነው ""አንቺ እኮ ተቀምጠሽ ነው ምትውይው" where the men consider they do you a favor for giving you grocery money... Just made sense and i left the thought. I'll only be okay if the man doesn't abuse his power or the trust she gives him. Sadly anyone is subject to change, i wouldn't want to risk it
