The Mapogo lions were six brothers from the same pride. They lived in Sabi Sand Game Reserve. At first, there were six, but one brother, called Rasta, went missing. Maybe other lions killed him or he got lost. After Rasta was gone, the rest five brothers stayed: Makulu, Mr. T, Dreadlocks, Kinky Tail, and Pretty Boy. These lions worked together to take land from other lions. They fought hard and became very strong. The Mapogo lions were famous because they ruled a big area and scared other lions. Even though they started with six, the five brothers became the most powerful group.
