hi guys I hope u are all fine. So my question is i got a job at coca as GIT(Graduate trainee) and at the same time i had an opportunity to work as sales man for habesha beer so if u were me which one would u choose. I would appreciate people sharing the experiences who work for either of the company.

Dec 25, 2024What about career development
Dec 25, 2024it depends on whether you prefer a dynamic, results-driven environment (Sales) or process-oriented job(GIT). Think about what excites you more: engaging with clients, earning commissions, and working toward sales goals, or working in an office setting with a focus on structure and support. From my experience sales representatives specifically on beer companies make a good sum of money other than there monthly salaries and if you have good network in coke company you can move up to management positions but it may take time
Dec 26, 2024coca is a good company it pays good also its good for your career dev't but you can be a habesha beer sales man at any time you don't even have to be competitive its easy to join and no career dev;t at all
