It is being experienced ...maturity means u have a solution for every thing that happens to u it meant u react to situations in a rational way that requires ur emotional intelligence and self awarness where as experienced means u alwags react to every situation in the same way that happens to u so when u r experienced and a new thing happens to u it might not be a big deal for u but it might be challenging for u to tackle it but if u r matured u might have the capacity to tackle it and it wouldn't also be a new thing for u.
