Guys any dermatologist here There are some little things they are not a acne or a white head but they are so many like (ሽፍታ) if you could tell me the cause and the treatment i will be happy 🙏

You can use head and shoulders(there's one 'dandruff' written on the bottle). What you have is probably fungal acne. Head and shoulders has zinc in it which helps clear your skin.
