Dec 15, 2024Not an advertising but i personally found hay'lo protein powder great for bulking season. It has extra carbs so it's great for bulking but not so great for cutting
Dec 15, 2024Peanut is good it had 26 gram protein per 100g. I buy peanut instead of peanut butter (it is cheaper and easy to consume) tasty soya is also good.
