Dec 11, 2024I don't think i can answer your question i am in the similar situation and i think it's tougher for males and it's common when you have some kind of family issue but my advice is just go out and talk to people nothing sexual or relationship stuff you will eventually find yourself being comfortable with such topics you're 24 you are still young there is nothing to worry about
