IM HATING MY JOB they pay me good, i have freedom, i only work 5 days a week, they dont even check me out, some times i feel useless when i check other jobs the wage is low compared to my current one. im almost heating my career family friends be like "Oww you have a great job with such and such salary...." but they dont know its destroying my mental health. can anyone who knows what his talking give me advice please

Nov 29, 2024The most common cause of mental illness in Ethiopia is "ተመስገን በል". Just because some ppl doesn't hv jobs it doesn't mean everyone with a job shold be happy. U don't shit what he went yhrough to get this job or what his job is or ntn except the things he told us. U may hv struggled to get a job or something but trust me he got a job coz he struggled more than u did. I am not sayin ማመስገን አያስፈልግም። But sometimes ማመስገን holds us back from many things. Any how asker u should seek out for psyciatric help. Any body who can't test sugar is sweet has something wrong with his tongue, like wise u knw u hv a good job n all so if u can't enjoy it that means there is something wrong with ur mental health. የእኛ ሃገር ትልቁ ችግር ካንተ የባሰ የተራበ ስላለ አንተ አልተራብክም፣ ካንተ የባሰ የታመመ ስላለ አንተ አልታመምክም፣ ካንተ የባሰ የተቸገረ ስላለ አንተ አልተቸገርክም አስተሳሰብ። በተለይ በአዕምሮ ጤና ላይ። ሰው ስኳር አልጣፈጠኝም ሲል "ምላስ ስላለህ ተመስገን በል" .... አይባልም። ምላስ የሌለው ያው የለውም ምናለ ያለው ሰው ምላስ ካለው አይቀር በአግባቡ ቢጠቀምበት የግድ ስላለኝ ተመስገን ብሎ ብቻ መቀመጥ አለበት??? Just because u don't hv a job doesn't mean he should just keep on doing his job even he os not happy he should look out for ways to enjoy it. It's meaning less to hv a job if u don't enjoy it.

If my dream job is in the same company I will work to climbup the ladder. If not I will change my job(but not immediately you should have a good amount of backup) 2. I will create a happiness out of it. Do you use the money only for tours? If you're getting paid a good amount use it to make others happy(a small portion of it) Another tip: 1. If they don't check what you are doing, try to teach yourself some skills while you're in your office. There are plenty of online websites. 2. if you love business, create a side hustle.
