Hey guys, I spent the whole day using the computer for work, and sometimes I feel headaches and pain in my eyes. It makes me sensitive to light, and I heard that blue light filter glasses are good. So yeah if it's in ur budget consider buying Blue light and untill that try using using night mode and dark mode settings for all your apps. Note: if you also get this headache whenever u r outside. You are likely sensitive to the suns radiation so consider buying both UV and blue light filter glass altogether ( can be expensive tho to buy a glass with both UV and blue light filter).
