Oct 09, 2020Hey. I had a friend ena when he first knew he was diabetic he lost hope in life mnamn because he was too young and within a month or so he lost a lot of weight. But He started to work out 💪 and gained weight. I would say he made a complete makeover. He is one of the most popular guys I know with the hottest girlfriend. 😂😂 So my advice is working out and have good meals that could build your body again.
