Binge watch "I hate my girlfriend" tiktok videos and "reasons why it's better off to stay single" both are videos of men doing and saying really rude stuff about women then include him in those men. Generalize him. Imagine him in every guy that u see. 4. Check out questions on this channel of men cheating, hating, threatening to kill women. Read it again and again and generalize him with them. Imagine him saying those things about you. Put yourself in the women's shoes. Which will make u feel mad and disgusted of him. 5. Read and watch true crime documentaries about violent men and again generalize him in that You will not only forget him. You might even hate him. Due to these false scenarios you will trick your mind into hating him. Don't overuse this technique tho it might make u very pessimistic about men. You might have serious trust issues. Just use it to get rid of him then go back to ur normal self. It's very effective try it. It works for me every time. I have never fallen in love bcuz of it.Just crush stage lay sihon betolo bezih technique ekechewalew. Stay safe✌️
