For all Protestants... I think your religion created in 18th century by martin Luther እና 17 century ሙሉ መንግስተ ሰማያት የገባ ሰው የለም ነው ምትሉት???እና ስለ martin luther history በ 2018 ተጠንቶ የነሱ catholic እምነት እንደ ኢትየጵያን ኦርቶዶክ ብትሆን ኖሮ እንደማያምፅ ተናግሩዋል ለethiopiawiw ዲያቆን ጓደኛው(u can google it) ስለዚስ ምን ትላላችሁ?

Oct 09, 2020So what is your point to say Protestant is wrong belief, you have no right for that .. Ps. I am orthodox
Oct 09, 2020Do you know Ethiopian Orthodox church was a correct religion till the raise of zara yakob who polluted the correct theology just to be king, and also there were a tons real believes around the world. But what Martin Luther did was reforming the wrong teaching that was killing the believers
Oct 09, 2020Our reference have to be the Bible not luther or any religion
Oct 09, 2020Plss tell me urs first what mean the word #Orthodox only definition no more thing ???? I can put it here from my side ... #orthodox\ˈȯr-thə-ˌdäks\ ( Merriam Webster dictionary ) : accepted as true or correct by most people : supporting or believing what most people think is true : accepting and closely following the traditional beliefs and customs of a religion : of or relating to the Orthodox Church That's enough about wat I r talking about 🤷♂🤷♂🤷♂

Oct 09, 2020His reforms were based on more than the early church of his imagination. For Luther, the Church of Ethiopia was the historical proof that his reform of the church in Europe had a clear historical and biblical basis. The revelation that Ethiopian Christianity possibly had links to Protestant Reformation is a game-changer for what is generally thought to be an exclusively European phenomenon. The admission that this cross-cultural global exchange between Africa and Europe shaped early Protestantism disrupts the narrative that the Reformation was solely the product of Western civilization. By recognizing the contribution of Ethiopian Christianity to the Protestant Reformation, we can join Luther in acknowledging Ethiopian Christianity as a forerunner of the Protestant Reformation.
Oct 09, 2020i agree for the reasons to reform since catholicism was wrong and very corrupted at the time . but instead of seeking the truth martin luther used this to fill his insecurities and responsibilities with a new religion that was suited to make him happy. his dogmas are obviously contradictory among them selves and with the Holy Bible. study his manifstos and his letters to better understand what kind of man he is...The EOTC is very different from other churches because it has over 4000 years of history and materials.
Oct 09, 2020I don't think mengist semayat megbat is because of ur religion...u will not get the eternal life because u r protestant, orthodox, or catholic....it all about believing jesus christ as ur savior and having no other person or Angel's between u and God....and loving God with all ur heart and mind.and loving ur fellow brother like urself.

Oct 09, 2020I agree but the same thing could be said about ethiopian Orthodox Church b/c most of your History and Rituals are connected with Ethiopia(added on your +15 books) and its monestaries. don't u guys think u got it wrong to b/c I consider orthodox as a tradition than a religion. I am not a fan of protestants either.

Oct 09, 2020Y'all are missing the point forget whatever Luther or religion says and read the bible that's where the truth is. Seek and you shall find. Seek the truth instead of religion once you find the truth you'll know none of this matters
Oct 09, 2020We don't believe in what Luther believes but in what the bible says. We follow god not man. I think Believing that Jesus died for our sins and that he saved us gets us to heaven not religion.
