So there is this guy... we were childhood friends... I moved to a new place and we just didn't get in touch. we started talking on  telegram, I was like 18 years old and he was 20..he told me he had feelings for me. It was out of nowhere for me ... I told him  I am just not interested in him. But he couldn't understand me. At first I thought it was normal but when time passes he just never listen to me..that  made me uncomfortable, I started to ignore his calls, so we stopped talking.  after 5 years he called...and I answered without knowing its him....then he started blaming me for not reaching out to him...he just  makes me feel uneasy. So my question is that what should I tell him to make him stop?
