This one's for the "Forex Bros" So I've got a friend who was well into trading. Like he dedicated himself for it. He didn't even join college to do it full time. And he makes decent money off of it. He always begged me to get into it. And he's been kind of mentoring me into it the past month or so. I think I'm getting the basic grasp of it. The thing is tho, I kind of see no purpose. Like I'm making money by predicting something from red and green lines??? What's the point in that? Where's the value? What did I build?? What is it that I contribute??? How's this any different from me being on a premiere league game??? Anyone who trades full time, explain it to me please.
Sep 28, 2024So trading is basically gambling like any other bets on football or what’s so ever, but the key factor here is to be profitable you need to have an edge in the market. Basically having an edge means you have better chances of guessing the market than a random person. Obviously you will not be always be right but if you keep doing it, your wins will be way higher than the losses. See, I might lose a trade for a full week but by the end of the month, I will also end up in green. That’s the beauty of the game. As long as you do your research, either study the past market price action to figure out a pattern, or learn from people who already have figured it out , you can achieve the consistency in the market.
