All is the almighty god, creator of all. Allah was sending many prophets & messengers to remind us, human beings, that he is the true god & that we should obey him. Muhammed PBUH is his last messenger with a universal message. His Quran(holy book) is to be delivered for the whole world. You as a Christian should know that God cant be created. Allah is originated from an Arabic term (Al-ilahha) which means the diety. ilahh means diety w/c can be whatever.
