What I would recommend you is to read the bible, because then you will start to ask the right question, which is "Do we deserve to worship Him?"
For now, my answer to your question would be Yes because God is Good, and I am not saying this blindly. The first thing you see in Genesis chapter 1 is God's goodness in a way He creates all the good things that the human beings He is going to create in the 6th day will need. He creates the light, earth, seas, vegetation, plants yielding seeds, fruit trees, placed the great lights, sea creatures, winged birds, and the livestock and sees they are good. What does it mean to 'see they are good'? The word good is not mentioned only on the second day of creation, WHY? Because nothing created on the second day had a direct purpose that benefited the human beings to be created in the 6th day and to whom earth will be given to, to rule. Therefore, God sees what is good for human beings, because God is good.
So, what went wrong with all the good God created? Well, Adam and Eve chose to discern what is good and evil for themselves and not trust the God, that had their best interest in mind from the day 1 of creation. Why is it considered so bad to be able to discern good and evil? Because our lens is distorted. God let them to live out their choice, to be able to discern good and evil, and what is the first thing that happens? Yeah, Cain murders his own brother, Abel.
Fast forward to Noah, we see the world running wild and one righteous man is found amidst this wildness. Now, keep in mind, we chose to discern bad and evil for ourselves through our own distorted lens and went on to ruin the world God gave us to rule. But God is good and righteous, so, He doesn't sit and watch people murdering and doing evil to each other, He washes this evil clean and spares only Noah and his family. After, that God again blesses Noah.
Basically, this is what happens again and again in the Bible, which is also exactly what you see in our world today. God creates what is good for us and gives us the chance to do good ourselves, but we choose to rebel against God and do evil and ruin the world. Yet, God out of his goodness gives us hope of living with Him where there is no evil and is eternal, through believing in Jesus Christ. If this is not good, then what is good?
