Why not?? IQ is a measurement which more of it is based on the western culture and lifestyles. There are many Ethiopians in different parts of the country with brilliant minds but not getting the access of education, plus the University system,in my opinion, is not well organized in such a way that could boost the students' mind and skill. So even though it is laborious and time taking to see the results, we will see better and better.
